The Southern Worcester County Regional Vocational School District Committee is committed to fostering collaborative, professional relationships with its recognized employee bargaining units in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L. c. 108 & c. 150E) and District Policy. In alignment with established School Committee policy (Section HA: Negotiations), the District conducts good-faith negotiations to reach fair, fiscally responsible collective bargaining agreements that support and retain our educators and staff, promote high-quality vocational-technical education, and uphold the operational standards of our school.
